refactor: drop the depArgs copy from the self-host project.cpp

Crafter.Math and Crafter.Asset now get this project's args through the
GitProjectSpec default. Loading this file therefore needs a crafter-build
that exports ProjectArgs: after pulling, run ./build.sh before the
bootstrap binary loads it.
