The rule it lives by (prompts, reuse keys, shared files and exit codes
pinned byte for byte by the goldens), the layout and the partitions, the
rules for a change, the tests and their conventions, the behaviour the
checks hold and the quirks kept, the sandbox and process lifetime, every
environment variable the binary reads and how it is parsed, CI, the pins
and the publish lock, and the licence.
