Install, what the machine provides, setting a repository up with init,
moving a repository off the review-gates submodule, running and stopping a
review, the commands, what the sandbox gets (--filesystem=host is a
convenience, not an isolation boundary), the board several drivers share,
building from source, the licence and nlohmann/json's.
