From 9bdbb96b022de1ee0bc59e5e778ddc5d9b08c2b1 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jorijn van der Graaf Date: Tue, 13 Oct 2026 22:28:02 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] AGENTS.md: the versioning rule gains its major number MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit 0.3.12's rule (§11) said the major number stays 0 and that what 1.0 would mark is not decided. It is now: the major number moves when a release changes what an installed phone does without being asked — not with an ABI change (the ABI is frozen) and not with the size of a release. The rule comes first so the commits that follow can name the release they are part of. --- AGENTS.md | 12 ++++++------ 1 file changed, 6 insertions(+), 6 deletions(-) diff --git a/AGENTS.md b/AGENTS.md index ddce115..f6610be 100644 --- a/AGENTS.md +++ b/AGENTS.md @@ -1019,12 +1019,12 @@ only the imsd side of its bus choice. behaviour, in one sentence how it was tested.
