Repro: run vulkan triangle on native
crash
comment out the tracerayext in the shader
no crash

Find out what possibly in our code is causing this and fix it, "This verified to be a driver error" is also an acceptable awnser, since the VK_EXT_descriptor_heap extension is quite new.
