README, install.sh: imsd 1.0.0 finds the P-CSCF itself, the setup section goes
imsd 1.0.0 reads the carrier's P-CSCF from the ims PDN at every start, so
the section that had every user find it with adb and write /etc/imsd.env
goes, as does install.sh's closing hint; the file remains for overriding
the address or naming one where the network gives none. The intro no
longer presents imsd as a preinstalled extra; it is linked where VoLTE is
listed.

fp6-img-plasma: both images are named after their shell
The Plasma Mobile archive was fp6-img.tar.xz and the Phosh one
fp6-img-phosh.tar.xz, so the unmarked one looked like the only one. Both
are now fp6-img-<shell>.tar.xz and extract to a directory of that name;
install.sh's messages and the README say so, and the README names the
dialer each shell calls with. The release upload takes dist/* and needs
no change.

f457bac198 install.sh: capture fastboot output before testing it - grep -q SIGPIPE wedge
The lock-check piped 'fastboot oem device-info' into grep -q, which exits
on first match; fastboot dies of SIGPIPE mid-transaction and leaves the
bootloader's fastboot state machine wedged, hanging the NEXT command
(the mysterious erase-dtbo stall). Capture-then-test everywhere.

7ada46a1a5 install.sh: timeout+retry on all fastboot commands; lock-check preflight; promptless ssh
Every fastboot step gets a deadline and one retry (this bootloader hangs
per-command occasionally, and desktop ModemManager probes freshly
enumerated fastboot devices, blocking the USB claim). Refuse to run on a
locked bootloader before touching anything. SSH_ASKPASS_REQUIRE=force
self-answers the login password on OpenSSH >= 8.4.

8f688024b3 install.sh: self-answering ssh login via SSH_ASKPASS_REQUIRE=force
OpenSSH deliberately reads passwords from the terminal only; since 8.4
an askpass helper overrides that even with a tty. The fresh image's
public default now answers both ssh and sudo - the installer runs with
zero typed credentials on any modern distro (older OpenSSH falls back
to one prompt).

3e9fce9d81 install.sh: explain host-side USB network failure with a hands-on fix
When the wait times out the phone has usually booted fine; it is the
PC's side of the gadget link that nobody configured (or a network
manager grabbed it with the wrong profile - bitten by that ourselves).
Spell out the ip-link/ip-addr recovery and that rerunning is safe.

40ccc12a18 install.sh: self-answering credentials - zero sudo prompts
ssh ControlMaster keeps one authenticated connection (login typed at
most once, or never with sshpass installed); sudo answers itself via a
SUDO_ASKPASS helper carrying the image's public default password (sudo
-S would have eaten the boot image's first bytes from stdin). Helper
lives on tmpfs and evaporates with the install reboot.

ccf23abf81 install.sh: one-command modem-preserving installer
erase dtbo + flash userdata + RAM-boot + dd boot_a from Linux + verify
modem NV and report honestly. Shipped in dist/ with every release; README
points at it. The one believed-safe-but-unisolated step (userdata flash)
is self-verified by the script's final check.
