fp6-device-tweaks 5-r1: restart drop-in comment matches the no-SSC rule

The drop-in's header still presented the boot-time libssc crash as live;
the udev rule from the previous commit removes the probe that caused it.
Comment only, no behaviour change; bumped so the rebuilt package carries
it.

# Revive after the known boot-time libssc crash (unconfigured SSC);
# recreated 2026-07-28 - the 2026-07-20 drop-in had gone missing.
# Generic on-failure safety net. The boot-time libssc crash this was written
# for (2026-07-20, recreated 2026-07-28) is prevented by
# 91-fp6-no-ssc-sensors.rules since fp6-device-tweaks 5.
